How to clean your period cup
Boil your menstrual cup for 5 minutes before and after your period to sterilise it.
During your period, rinse your menstrual cup with clean water or a cup wash after emptying it and reinsert. If you'd prefer to use soap, use a mild, fragrance-free, and pH-balanced menstrual cup wash.
