KY Jelly is a water-based lubricant that's compatible with silicone menstrual cups.

Inserting a menstrual cup can be a bit of a squeeze. A lubricant will help slide the cup right in, easy-peasy!

If you're afraid of insertion or struggle to insert your menstrual cup, KY Jelly will make a huge difference to your menstrual cup experience.

Tip: If you have difficulty getting the cup to open up inside the vagina, a water-based lubricant will also do the trick!

Water, Glycerin, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Gluconolactone, Methylparaben, Sodium Hydroxide, Chlorhexidine Digluconate.

How To Use KY Jelly

Volume: 50g

A little goes a long way! All you need is a pea-sized amount applied to the rim of your folded cup to make insertion much smoother. Avoid slathering it all over the cup as it may slip out of your fingers!
