Four Ways to Wear the Hello Disc

The double-loop tab can be worn in different ways based on your cervix height and comfort. Most users will find the 'flipped' position the easiest to remove. If you have a high cervix, wear your Hello Disc™ with the tab 'dropped' for easy reach. If your cervix is low or if you plan to have period sex, wear it 'tucked' or 'trimmed'.
