How To Iron On

1. Set hand iron to the hottest setting. Do not use steam during application.

2. Place patch on garment, embroidery facing up. Place a light towel over the patch and press firmly for 30 seconds.

3. Turn garment inside out. Iron the back of the patch for 30 seconds.

4. Let it cool for a minute, then try picking gently at the edges. If it peels, repeat step 3.

Breaking the stigma with Anni Tai

We collaborated with embroidery artist, Anni Tai to break the stigma around menstruation and normalise talking about our reproductive health. It might feel uncomfortable at first, but shutting down the conversation gets us nowhere.
