Refund policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Bloody Goodshop.

We do not accept returns and exchanges due to hygienic reasons, with the exception of the AllMatters Satisfaction Guarantee* and the Ruby Cup Money Back Guarantee* (refer below for more details on the respective brands’ refund policies). However, if it is a fault on our part, we may accept the return or exchange upon inspection.

We accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Damaged items upon receiving the items
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items sent

We do not accept returns and exchanges due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Damage due to improper use on the user’s part

* Please note that the AllMatters Satisfaction Guarantee and Ruby Cup Money Back Guarantee is not valid for discounted items.


Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you first received it, and in its original packaging with the seal intact.

To request a return, email us at hi@bloodygoodshop.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Product you want to return
  • Receipt or proof of purchase


We reserve the right to reject any return, refund, or exchange of items if these information are incomplete.

Kindly note that the shipping fee for returns will be borne by the buyer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please ship the product with tracking back to us at your own risk.


Damages & Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and email us within 5 days upon receiving the item. If the item arrived defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we ask that you send visual proof or additional information/evidence to us. This helps us to assess the issue.

If you face other issues with your purchase that are not stated here, kindly contact us at hi@bloodygoodshop.com, and we will do our best to rectify them within our policy.


Exchanges

Upon confirming that the returned product has not been opened and is in its original state and packaging, we will notify you via email for further action—to send you a new product in exchange for your first purchase, subject to product availability.

However, if the product packaging is found to have already been opened or further damaged upon receiving it on our end, no exchange or refund will be provided. You can choose to have the product sent back to you at your own cost.

Refunds

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected the returned item. If the request for a refund is accepted, you will automatically receive a refund via the payment method used to make the purchase (shipping fee will not be refunded).

It may take some time for the refund to reflect in your bank account, credit card, or PayPal account. For some banks, the refund will only reflect in your next billing statement.


AllMatters Satisfaction Guarantee

AllMatters Menstrual Cup

You can claim the guarantee after trying the cup for minimum of 90 days (3 period cycles). We offer a free size exchange or full refund. Please note that the guarantee is not valid for discounted items.

AllMatters Period Underwear

You can claim the guarantee within 60 days of receiving your order. We offer a full refund for the first used pair and for unopened products if the product doesn’t function as promised. Size exchanges are not possible for period underwear. If you ordered multiple pairs, we ask you to return all unused products (in sealed packaging) so we can process the refund. Please note that the guarantee is not valid for discounted items.

Ruby Cup Money Back Guarantee

Ruby Cup allows you to either exchange* size (not colour) or get a full refund** if you return your Ruby Cup within 4 calendar months from your order date.

A refund or exchange is only valid once. Therefore, it is not possible to exchange size and then get a refund at a later date. Please note that the guarantee is not valid for discounted items.

  • Product you want to return/exchange
  • Receipt or proof of purchase
  • Reason for returning the item

* Delivery fees for the exchange is to be borne by the customer.
** Shipping costs not included.
